In order to send SOPRANO GAMMA P2P (Person to Person) messages, users must be provisioned and have the mobile app installed on their devices.

1.Provisioning team creates administrative, company, and mobile user(s) and licences in the SOPRANO GAMMA web portal as needed. Administrator contacts SOPRANO to provision additional licences.

2.Company administrator sets up SOPRANO GAMMA contacts in the system and establishes settings for encryption and Fall Back to SMS (refer to the Administrative Setup section for details).

3.Users download, install and register the SOPRANO GAMMA mobile app. They are now ready to begin sending P2P messages.

Once provisioned with the necessary user accounts and licences, users become “Contacts” in the system and are ready to begin sending and receiving P2P (Person-to-Person) messages.  P2P refers to messages sent between two mobile devices.
