WhatsApp Order Summary page allows Users to view the list of WhatsApp Orders create, while being able to filter out Orders based on specific fields.

 

 

SOPRANO MEMS implements WhatsApp effectively to bring a holistic messaging experience. MEMS Users can use the WhatsApp feature to send WhatsApp messages to customers.

 

 

 

 

Users in the WhatsApp Home Page can launch a new RCM message, choose WhatsApp templates etc.

 

 

Launch new WhatsApp Orders using this button

 

 

 

If Users have created WhatsApp Templates, invoke them from this space.
