Responses to Interactive Messages will be received in the reply route defined in the in Manage your Replies section of your GAMMA order.

 

Message responses will be the pre-defined Values for the fields selected by the user, presented on new lines in the order the fields appear on the form. For an approximation of the response messages you may receive for your form, please utilise the simulation in the Preview your Form section.
