Users can build and maintain a rich and functional database of Contacts, group them together based on the business's needs or based on shared attributes.

 

•Contacts: Defined as individuals that visit User's websites or interacted with the business in some way (they may be existing or new visitors). Contacts are the primary variable within Advanced Emailer.

•Segments: A group of Contacts that share certain attributes. For example, Users may segment Contacts based on the contact’s location. This helps easily send out location-based offers or promotions to this specific group of Contacts.

•Companies: A group of Contacts based on the Company or Companies that the Contact is assigned to.
