Email Address Already Exists

You may receive an error when adding an account:

 

The requested operation failed:

Email address: alias@domain.com already exists in the system.

 

Please check your input data is valid and try again later. If the problem persists, please contact support centre and quote the following reference number: 856-2011-05-23-12:18:07

 

When this occurs it means that the email address has already been provisioned to a user previously

 

There are a couple of solutions that you may wish to follow:

1.Contact the support team and have the user re-created

2.Create the user with a different email address
