Notification settings enable you to decide how securely and efficiently you would like to get reminder for the messages you receive. The SMS notifications and Push notifications are controlled by your administrator.

 

SMS Notification is used to send SMS to a handset if:

 

•The GAMMA app is installed but offline (eg: user logged out, app closed, no data connection)

•The GAMMA app is not installed.

 

Push Notification may be used to create a notification on the handset if:

 

•The GAMMA app is installed but offline (eg: user logged out, app closed). A data connection is required to receive a push notification.

 

Notifications may be turned off completely if:

 

•You wish yours users should only be notified of new messages when they log into the app.
