Click the 'Application Licences' link in 'Company Setup > 'Licences' to open the 'Application Licence Summary' screen.

This table contains a list of all available licences, and their current state.

Product
|
The application licence name.
|
Owner
|
The account under which the product is registered.
|
Status
|
Whether the application licence is valid, expired, or available.
|
Basis
|
User or token.
|
Price
|
Application licence cost.
|
Quantity
|
The number of licences which have been purchased for use under the associated owner account.
|
Used
|
The number of licences currently assigned to users under the associated owner account.
|
Expiry Date
|
The licence will need to be renewed after this date.
|
Renew Basis
|
Can be set to 'Automatic' or 'Manual'.
|
Renew Amount
|
The preferred number of licences to be renewed at the frequency selected.
