The MS Dynamics Plugin allows a user to send messages from the MS Dynamics CRM through MEMS. Users who would like to access and use the MS Dynamics Plugin, must have access to the HTTP API license. For more information on HTTP API, refer to HTTP Interface Overview.

MS Dynamics - Download MS Dynamics Plugins

This section describes how users can download the plug-in into their local environment.

The MS Dynamics download option is visible within the SMS Plugin page.

 

 

The user must read and accept the EULA (End-user license agreement) Terms & Conditions provided within MEMS before the "Download" button is enabled.

 

 

The file that is downloaded is a .zip that contains 3 files:

a.The Soprano MS Dynamics Plugin User Guide PDF document.

b.A .zip file that contains the actual MS Dynamics plugin.

c.A pre-configured settings file in .zip format.
