Setup

Before using SOPRANO MEMS, it is recommended that:

 

All users:

 

•Review Personal Setup options.

 

•Add Contacts to Address Book.

 

Customer Administrators:

 

•Purchase required Application Licences for company.

 

•Add Users and allocate Application Licences.

 

•Define application preferences in Company Setup.

 

 

Data Entry

Data entry in SOPRANO MEMS follows standard web conventions.

 

 

 

 

All data is categorised and owned either by the user or by the company - this distinguishes the privacy level by which the data is protected.

 

•e.g. 'My Lists' and 'Shared Lists'; 'My Contacts' and 'Shared Contacts' etc. Data categorised as ‘My’ is only available to a specific user; data categorised as ‘Shared’ is available to all users in your company.
