The first user provisioned with a SOPRANO MEMS account is usually assigned a Customer Administrator licence. Admin Users can access and edit company-wide settings, create other users, and assign licenses.
If necessary, more than one user can be assigned a Customer Administrator license.
Once an account has been provisioned by a Customer Administrator or the operator's provisioning team, an email with a temporary password and instructions to change the same, is sent. Once registration is complete, users can log into the SOPRANO MEMS web portal.

•Spam folder •Check with the IT security team to make sure the email wasn't rejected by spam filters. |
