Forwarding Email to Email2SMS interface Fails

Problem:

Issue exists where a customer tries to forward an email (using auto-forwarding rules) towards the SOPRANO Mobile Enterprise Messaging Suite Email interface (Email2SMS).

Resolution:

Check your Corporate Email Rules. There may be a corporate policy blocking the destination for forwarded email.
