The Escalation Template feature allows users to configure a tailored template to be used for various escalation scenarios. The Escalation Template page displays all templates created so far.

 

Navigate to 'Company Setup' > 'Escalations' > 'Escalation Template'

 

Click on the button to begin creating a new Escalation template.
